Scenes are taking a while to render but will try and put up more pictures if i can, getting some advice on my 3rd year work mates jon and paul on how to improve them with nuke so will start composting once labs are open at uni, little worried ive only got a week to use nuke though with all my other deadlines that same week.

Little dark but i hope to brighten it up a little in post in nuke. only a little though as its meant to be dark and the negative light inside the reapers hood is working great.

Starting to push everything through the rendering now, getting lighting set up and animating a lot of the lights flickering on and off but mainly just setting them all up so i can right click them and render without having to worry about cameras or settings, so i can enjoy a bit of xmas! cant wait to get this finished.

Adding detail to the environment and improving important textures, just textured the calender, chose a random date doesn't mean anything, hopefully it will be clear enough to read when rendered as the viewers need to know he is a recovering alcoholic. Not sure if im too keen on the story any more at all, a few holes in places compared to my 3rd year work but need to push through and get it finished.

Finishing off the texture to the grim reaper now, have just a colour and alpha map, the alpha map is being heavily used but people seem to like the transparency towards the end of the cloak so im keeping it.

Animating the reaper now, rig seems to be holding up in most areas although i cant go to crazy with the rotations or really weird stuff happens to having to stick to subtle movements, pretty round of the rig though works very well with the constant overlapping, would save a ton of time in animation.

grim reaper is coming together now, having problems with the rigging though as its very complicated, hair is working like it should and effects the clock making it fall but i am unable to animated on top of it (ie moving the arms head and hands)

Just about finished the modeling for my character grim reaper, using a tutorial to set up an advanced rig so hopefully the cloak will move realistically with overlap like cloth. This will be using a combination of the maya hair system and ik spine.
